Piotrkowskiej w Łodzi. Jeżeli będziecie w tym mieście, zachęcam byście wstąpili na jedno piwko.&lt;br /&gt;Właśnie w tym magicznym miejscu po raz pierwszy zakosztowałem Guinness'a.&lt;br /&gt;Tak, tak, jestem miłośnikiem ciemnego piwa.&lt;br /&gt;Guinness jest irlandzkim piwem, którego warzenie rozpoczął Arthur Guinness – Irlandzki przedsiębiorca, założyciel browaru St. James's Gate Brewery.&lt;br /&gt;Guinness jest prawie czarny, uzyskiwany ze skarmelizowanego słodu jęczmiennego z dodatkiem słodu pszenicznego, o ciężkim, słodko-gorzkawym smaku.&lt;br /&gt;Szkoda, że nie każdy barman potrafi prawidłowo go podać. Czy wiecie, że tą ciemną perełkę wśród piw powinno się lać do kufla przez 10 minut? Tak, tak, nie pomyliłem się, przez 10 minut. Dzięki temu piwo przyjmuje kremową konsystencję. Przy prawidłowym "laniu" nie może zabraknąć piany, nadającą kolejną specyfikę tego piwa. Otóż, piana powinna być bardzo gęsta. Jak w nią włożymy słomkę, to powinna stać przez 24h. Skoro to irlandzkie piwo, to nie może zabraknąć tradycyjnej koniczynki.
